Add a "Rock Paper Scissors" block. This block could have 3 different textures or 3d models and depending on the wrist angle one of the 3 versions is placed.

This would also enable other players to play a simple rock paper scissors minigame with each other just by equipping the block and using already established gameplay mechanics.
