I think your mechanics would make for a perfect VR FPS. Whether they are added game modes or even a completely separate game. I personally would be willing to pay more for those options.

Parapass: you could have different arrow effects too. Earth wind and fire come to mind. I also wouldn't mind guns either, but arrows only would add a nice bit of challenge to the game.
