Casual / private games: boost losing teams

I am often in a casual game where one team is WAY better than the other. To mitigate boredom / frustration (depending on which team you're on!), it would be cool to have a feature where the number of arrows teams can hold is changed according to the current score, e.g.:
Score difference 1+: losing team can hold 4 arrows
Score difference 2+: losing team can hold 5 arrows
Score difference 3+: winning team can hold 2 arrows
Score difference 4+: losing team has infinite arrows
Score difference 5+: winning team can hold 1 arrow
This would make it a fun challenge for the really good players against n00bs.
